Born on December 20, 1984, in Kuwait City, Sanjeeda is a popular Indian actress known for her work in television and films. She began her career with a small role in the 2003 film Baghban. Her television debut came in 2006 with Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa, where she played the lead Nimmo and gained massive popularity. She later delivered memorable performances in shows like Kayamath (as Ayesha), Ek Hasina Thi, and Love Ka Hai Intezaar.

Sanjeeda made her proper Hindi film entry with Taish (2020) as Jahaan, followed by the Netflix horror Kaali Khuhi (2020). She appeared in Fighter (2024) as Saachi Gill and earned acclaim for her role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar (2024).

In 2026, she is set to appear in a special yet pivotal cameo in the pan-India action drama Toxic opposite Yash, releasing on March 19. She will also feature in the comedy Dhamaal 4 with Ajay Devgn (July 3, 2026) and the Netflix action thriller Ikka alongside Sunny Deol and Akshaye Khanna. Other projects in the pipeline include Kun Faya Kun.

With her strong television roots and growing film presence, Sanjeeda Shaikh continues to balance versatility and impactful roles across cinema and OTT.
