Sakshi Malik Looks Every Bit Stylish In New Pics

Sakshi Malik became a familiar name among Bollywood fans after her appearance in the popular song “Bom Diggy Diggy” from Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. The song, released in 2018, brought her a lot of attention and made her face popular with young audiences. However, her journey in the entertainment world did not begin or end with one song.

Meanwhile her recent Instagram photo shared with the post has a stylish and elegant fashion look. In the picture, she is seen relaxing on a bed while looking towards the camera. She is wearing a white sleeveless top over a black inner piece and has paired the outfit with black trousers. Her caption gives credit to Gauri Videsai and Nupur P for styling, Nishi Singh for makeup, Gorandek for hair and Pranjali.111 for photography.

Born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Sakshi Malik had an academic background before entering the film industry. She studied at the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in Noida and completed her B.Tech degree. After finishing her education, she moved to Mumbai and started working as a model. She also appeared in television commercials for brands such as Nykaa, Freshlook and PC Jewellers.

Sakshi's entry into the entertainment industry was not something she had planned from childhood. She has spoken about how her family wanted her to concentrate on her education. Her father, who had an IIT background, also wanted her to focus on studies. However, modelling slowly opened the door to the world of entertainment for her.

In 2018, Sakshi appeared in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. She was seen as Girl 1 at the house party and featured in the “Bom Diggy Diggy” song. The track became a huge hit and turned into an important moment in her career. Even though the song gave her quick recognition, Sakshi wanted to explore acting more seriously.

She later took a break from acting and used that period to understand what she really wanted to do. During the Covid-19 period, she became more interested in acting. She attended acting workshops and worked with different acting coaches to improve her skills.

Her acting journey continued with Dry Day, which was released in 2023. The film was directed by Saurabh Shukla and featured Jitendra Kumar, Shriya Pilgaonkar and Annu Kapoor. Sakshi played the character Chunni Bai in the movie. The role helped her show a different side of her talent beyond modelling and music videos.

Sakshi has also appeared in music videos. She featured in Armaan Malik's “Veham” in 2020. In 2023, she was also seen in “Ek Mulaqaat”, featuring Vishal Mishra and Shreya Ghoshal.
