Born on 8 January 1995 in Chandigarh, the actress and television presenter began her career as an anchor before stepping into acting. She made her acting debut in 2015 with the Colors TV serial Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, followed by roles in shows like Akbar Ka Bal Birbal and Kundali Bhagya.

Her film journey started with the Punjabi movie Muklawa (2019). She entered Bollywood with a notable role in Drishyam 2 (2022) opposite Ajay Devgn. Subsequent credits include Netflix’s Wild Wild Punjab (2024), Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 (2024) as Meera’s sister, and Ek Chatur Naar (2025).

Ongoing and recent projects feature her as Kiran in the horror-comedy IIZ: Indian Institute of Zombies (2026) and as Divya in Godaan (2026). From television roots to diverse film roles, Rose continues to expand her presence in the industry with charm and versatility.
