Born on 26 October 2000 in Delhi to an Odia family, Ritika graduated from Shyama Prasad Mukherji College for Women. She first gained attention as the winner of Delhi Times Fresh Face Season 12 in 2019 before entering films.

She made her debut in 2022 with Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam as Vasudha, earning a SIIMA nomination for Best Female Debut – Telugu. A cameo as adult Mahi followed in Hi Nanna (2023). Her role as Vibha in the 2025 fantasy hit Mirai opposite Teja Sajja marked a major breakthrough and became her highest-grossing film.

Most recently, she starred as Chaitra in Korean Kanakaraju (2026) with Varun Tej. She is currently filming the bilingual Duet. With selective roles and growing fan base, Ritika Nayak continues to establish herself as a promising talent in Telugu cinema.
