Riddhi Kumar made her feature film debut in the Telugu romantic drama Lover (2018) opposite Raj Tarun. She followed it with Anaganaga O Premakatha the same year, then stepped into Malayalam cinema with Pranaya Meenukalude Kadal (2019). Her Hindi and pan-Indian presence grew with Radhe Shyam (2022) and Salaam Venky (2022).

On the digital front she earned acclaim in web series Candy (2021), Human, Crash Course (2022) and Hack: Crimes Online. Recent work includes Superboys of Malegaon (as Mallika) and her Marathi debut Kadhipatta (2025). She is set to appear as Anitha in the Prabhas-starrer The Raja Saab (2026).
