Rashmika Mandanna Celebrates Thamma Success

Rashmika Mandanna posted stylish new photos on Instagram that are getting a lot of love from her followers. In the photos, she is seen wearing a black dress with bold white prints designed by AkOk India. She completed her fashion look with oxidized silver jewellery and black high-heeled boots. Her styling was handled by Meagan Concessio along with fashion team members Charuuuhhhh and Barnaaraha. Hair styling was done by Souravv Roy and makeup by Rivieralynn. In the caption, Rashmika wrote “When in Delhi” with a black heart emoji and spoke about her dress from AkOk with oxidized silver accessories and boots. She also asked her fans an exciting question: “Thamma in theatres! Rashmika is extremely happy these days because her film Thamma is doing great in cinemas. The movie released on 21 October as a Diwali treat and continues to perform strongly. Reports from trade websites say that the movie earned more than ₹13 crore each on the first Saturday and Sunday, which increased the overall business to an impressive ₹91.7 crore in just six days. With this steady run, the film is expected to soon enter the ₹100 crore club in India. Holiday benefits like Chhath Puja in states including Delhi, Bihar, West Bengal, and Rajasthan are helping the crowds come to theatres even on weekdays.

In Thamma, Rashmika stars opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in a horror-comedy filled with commercial entertainment elements and a supernatural twist. The audience is enjoying the unique theme where Ayushmann’s character turns into a vampiric creature while facing another powerful opponent played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Even though reviews are mixed, families and youngsters are enjoying the experience.

Along with the celebrations for Thamma, Rashmika has also shared another important update. She announced her next Telugu film titled The Girlfriend, directed by Rahul Ravindran. The film features Dheekshith Shetty, Anu Emmanuel, Rao Ramesh, and Rohini. The music is composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab and the camera work is done by Krishnan Vasant.
