Born in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, Rashi previously worked as an air hostess before pursuing her passion for acting. She made her Telugu film debut with Sashi (2021) opposite Aadi Saikumar. She went on to feature in Prem Kumar (2023), Bhoothaddam Bhaskar Narayana (2024), and the crime thriller Prasanna Vadanam (2024), where she played ACP Vaidehi.

Rashi has also appeared in the web series Papam Pasivadu. Her performances have earned her recognition for her natural acting and screen presence in Telugu cinema.

She has several upcoming projects in 2025-2026, including Paanch Minar, Blind Spot, Santhana Prapthirasthu, and Transfer Trimurthulu, showcasing her growing presence in Tollywood.
