Rakul Preet Singh Celebrates Her Big Win

In her caption, Rakul wrote that this award means a lot to her because Ayesha is a character very close to her heart. She shared that De De Pyaar De 2 gave her a wonderful chance to shine. She also thanked her team members one by one Ranjan Sir, Gargan Kur, Anshul, Tarun Jain, T-Series Films, and her co-stars like Ajay Devgn Sir, Actor Maddy, Meezaan and Gautami Kapoor. She also mentioned that her family, including Jackky Bhagnani, Rini Singh, Kayjay Singh, Puja Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, Aman and Deepshikha Deshmukh are her biggest supporters.
Along with this celebration, Rakul Preet Singh has also been in the news for her simple but powerful health and wellness routine. In an interview with Humans of Bombay, she revealed that she strongly believes in Ayurveda and follows a special six-step morning water routine every day before breakfast.
Rakul said she starts her morning with plain water, then drinks water mixed with Celtic salt, followed by saunf water, turmeric water, and a small amount of kalonji. She explained that kalonji and haldi are among the best natural anti-inflammatory ingredients, and she feels they help her stay healthy and active. Her final morning drink is her well-known “ghee coffee,” which keeps her energetic before her workout.
After finishing this routine, Rakul goes for her exercise session. She mentioned that she keeps her breakfast simple she loves eggs and usually eats eggs with gluten-free toast or sometimes egg with poha. She also said she can eat the same food every day because she enjoys basic home-cooked Indian meals like sabzi, dal, chicken, fish, rice, or roti. According to her, simple food helps her stay fit without stress.
