She has built a successful pan-Indian career with films like Nannaku Prematho, Dhruva, Spyder, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, De De Pyaar De (2019), Doctor G, Chhatriwali, Attack, Indian 2, and Ayalaan. Known for balancing commercial entertainers and meaningful roles, she continues to expand her range.

Currently, Rakul is set to play the layered character of Surpanakha in Nitesh Tiwari’s epic Ramayana: Part 1 (releasing Diwali 2026), starring Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi. Other upcoming projects include Pati Patni Aur Woh Do and De De Pyaar De 2. With her versatility and star power, she remains one of the most dynamic actresses in Indian cinema.
