A recent report said she is spending quality time with her husband Jackky Bhagnani during this trip. She travelled with close friends as well, and the group has been exploring food spots, beaches and quiet corners of the resort.

Meanwhile recently Rakul had faced a serious back injury while filming De De Pyaar De 2. She had completed half of the film before the injury forced her to rest in bed for almost forty days. She explained in an interview that she could not move during that period and felt as if her body stopped working. She called it one of the toughest times in her life. Even then, she pushed herself to recover and returned to finish the film.
