Born on 7 September 1985 in Vellore and raised in Pune, Radhika began in theatre before making her film debut with a small role in Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi! (2005). Her first lead came in the Bengali drama Antaheen (2009).

She gained widespread recognition with powerful performances in Badlapur, Hunterrr, Parched, Kabali (opposite Rajinikanth), Andhadhun, Pad Man, Raat Akeli Hai, and Monica, O My Darling. Known for her bold choices and international work (including an Emmy nomination for Sacred Games), she continues to excel in independent and mainstream cinema.

Recent and upcoming projects include Sister Midnight, Merry Christmas, Saali Mohabbat, Raat Akeli Hai: The Bansal Murders, and Lust Stories 3 (2026). With her fearless approach to complex roles, Radhika remains one of India’s most respected actresses.
