Born November 30, 1990, in Delhi, Raashii made her acting debut in a supporting role in the Hindi political thriller Madras Cafe (2013) opposite John Abraham. She transitioned to Telugu cinema with her lead debut in Oohalu Gusagusalade (2014), earning the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Telugu, marking her rise in South Indian films.

Her movie career boasts successes in Telugu and Tamil like Bengal Tiger (2015), Supreme (2016), Jai Lava Kusa (2017), Tholi Prema (2018), Imaikkaa Nodigal (2018), Venky Mama (2019), Thiruchitrambalam (2022), Sardar (2022), and Aranmanai 4 (2024). She also shone in the web series Farzi (2023).

Ongoing projects include the high-profile Telugu mass entertainer Ustaad Bhagat Singh (releasing March 19, 2026, opposite Pawan Kalyan, as Shloka, with promotions underway), Telusu Kada (2025 release, with Siddhu Jonnalagadda), Talaakhon Mein Ek (Hindi, completed, opposite Vikrant Massey), Rowdy and Co (Tamil, filming, opposite Siddharth), Farzi Season 2 (shooting), and others like 120 Bahadur and potential Hindi ventures.
