Raashi Khanna once dreamed of wearing an IAS officer’s badge not walking red carpets or posing for high-fashion photo shoots. A school topper from Delhi, she stood first in her Class 12 board examinations and always believed academics would shape her future. Life, however, had a very different plan waiting for her.
Before films entered her life, Raashi worked as a writer in an advertising agency. During college, she even considered becoming a singer and later began preparing seriously for civil services. Acting was never part of her original plan. Yet destiny slowly nudged her towards modelling, auditions and finally cinema.
Her first big break came in 2013 with the Hindi film Madras Cafe, where she acted opposite John Abraham. Though she was new, her calm screen presence made people notice her. From there, Raashi steadily built a strong career across Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films. She later earned praise for roles in films like Imaikkaa Nodigal, Sardar, and the popular web series Farzi.
Over the years, Raashi Khanna has proven that beauty and intelligence can go hand in hand. Now at 34, Raashi Khanna remains focused and driven, just like the student she once was.
