Raai Laxmi She was born as Lakshmi Raibagi in Bangalore, Karnataka. She started her acting career in 2005 with the Tamil film Karka Kasadara. In 2007, she made her Malayalam debut with Rock n' Roll opposite Mohanlal. She gained recognition with films like Annan Thampi and Chattambinadu.

Raai Laxmi's career took off in 2011 with the film Christian Brothers. She also acted in Kanchana and Mankatha, where she played a negative role. Her role in Mankatha was well-received. She reprised her role in the Kannada remake of Kanchana.

Raai Laxmi made a comeback in Malayalam cinema with Oru Kuttanadan Blog in 2018. In 2019, she starred in the Telugu film Where Is the Venkatalakshmi and the Tamil film Neeya 2, though both films did not do well. She also appeared in Officer Arjun Singh IPS Batch 2000. Raai Laxmi continued her work in the Tamil film industry, starring in the 2021 horror film Cinderella. She was last seen in DNA.
