She made her film debut with the Tamil movie Karka Kasadara (2005). Her breakthrough came with notable roles in Rock n' Roll (2007, Malayalam opposite Mohanlal), Dhaam Dhoom (2008), the horror hit Kanchana (2011), and the stylish thriller Mankatha (2011) alongside Ajith Kumar. She also appeared in Hindi films like Julie 2 (2017) and made a special song appearance in Bholaa (2023).

In recent years, she featured in DNA (2024, Malayalam) as Rachel Punnoose IPS. In 2026, she has exciting projects lined up, including the Tamil films Wolf and Rowdy Baby, continuing her strong presence in South Indian cinema with her signature bold and glamorous screen image.
