She was born in July 1999 in New Delhi, India, on a bright summer day. Her parents, Parveen and Mahalakshmi Pavani, are successful lawyers. Her elder brother Neeleshwar is two years older than her.

She studied at Lotus Valley International School in Noida. There she did well in both academics and extra activities. She played volleyball for her school team and also acted in plays. After high school, she moved to Delhi to attend Delhi University. She studied Political Science and graduated in 2021. Later, she entered the modeling field and gained fame for her charm in videos. Her Instagram reached one million followers quickly. This caught the attention of Telugu director Ayushi Kumar and he invited her to act in a five-minute short film which became a turning point in her career.
