Born on 14 December 1998 in Ambala, Haryana, Pragya began as a model before entering films. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Varalaru Mukkiyam (2022) opposite Jiiva. She then appeared in the Malayalam drama Nadikalil Sundari Yamuna (2023) and the Tamil film N4 the same year. Her Telugu debut came with Laggam (2024).

Recent credits include Baby and Baby (2025). Latest projects feature the Tamil film Idhayam Murali (2026) and the Malayalam Bombay Positive. With her natural screen presence and growing presence across Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu cinema, Pragya continues to expand her career.
