The actress looked cheerful and radiant as she posted a lovely photo of herself dressed in a stunning green floral dress. In the picture, Pragya is seen smiling brightly, surrounded by warm lights and festive vibes.
Along with the photo, Pragya wrote a heartfelt caption that read, “A Diwali spent with only love and ladoos.” She also expressed gratitude to her close friends for making her Diwali evening even more memorable. She thanked Lakshmi Manchu for hosting a fun-filled Diwali night, calling it one of the most enjoyable evenings as always. Pragya also appreciated Vacay with S, Pallavi Jaipur, and Natasha Bothra for adding their special touches to her festive look. She mentioned that she loved wearing the “prettiest suit” designed by Pallavi Jaipur, paired with elegant jewellery by Natasha Bothra.
On the personal front, Pragya Jaiswal completed her education at Symbiosis Law School before stepping into the entertainment industry. Pragya made her acting debut in 2014 with the Tamil film Virattu and later appeared in the Hindi movie Titoo MBA the same year.
Her big break came in 2015 with the Telugu period drama Kanche, directed by Krish, where she starred opposite Varun Tej. The film was both a commercial and critical success, and Pragya’s performance as a royal princess earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South.
She went on to appear in several Telugu films such as Nakshatram, Achari America Yatra and Akhanda. Her role as an IAS officer in Akhanda, alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna, was widely appreciated and became her highest-grossing film. Pragya also appeared in the 2024 Hindi comedy Khel Khel Mein, where she played a boutique owner opposite Aditya Seal.
