Pooja Hegde’s Tutti Frutti Cutie

Pooja Hegde recently shared a charming post on Instagram from Udupi, Karnataka. She wore a lovely traditional half saree in shades of green and pink. Her caption read, “Tutti frutti cutie pattootie 😉💗💚 #served #halfsareelove.”

The combination of colors in her attire gave a refreshing and graceful vibe. She also accessorized with a choker necklace, bangles, and floral hair adornments. The serene backdrop of Udupi added a peaceful and cultural touch to her look.

Pooja is also in the news for her upcoming special song in the film Coolie. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the movie stars Superstar Rajinikanth, Aamir Khan, Nagarjuna, Sathyaraj, and Shruti Haasan. The song is titled “Monica.” The director explained, “In Jailer, the ‘Kaavaalaa’ song had scope for Rajinikanth sir to dance, but in Coolie, there was no such scope. Soubin was the reason for placing it.” He added, “Me and music composer Anirudh Ravichander have always been huge admirers of Monica Bellucci. During the initial stages of creating the song, we decided to create something inspired by her. This sparked the idea to use Monica’s name in the lyrics.”

After the music took shape, they searched for the right person to bring the same charm and energy to the screen. Lokesh said that they thought of Pooja Hegde because she has the grace and glamour they wanted. Once she joined the project, it felt natural to name the character Monica as a tribute to the original inspiration. The audience is eagerly waiting to see her in this new avatar in Coolie.
