Her Telugu debut came with the blockbuster RX 100 (2018), which earned her the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut.

She has since built a strong filmography across industries with notable performances in Venky Mama, Ginna, Shava Ni Girdhari Lal, and the critically acclaimed Mangalavaaram (2023). Payal has successfully balanced commercial and intense roles, proving her versatility.
