Born Madhuurima Banerjee on May 14, 1987, in Mumbai, the actress and model works across Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada cinema. She made her film debut in 2009 with the Telugu thriller Aa Okkadu (as Dr. Pavitra) and a supporting role in the Hindi film Toss: A Flip of Destiny. Her notable Bollywood appearance came in Priyadarshan’s Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal (2012), followed by One Night Stand (2016). She has also featured in regional films such as Temper, Koothara, Tiger, and Aambala.

Banerji gained wider recognition through television, starring in Divya Drishti and as the titular lead in Pishachini. She participated in reality shows Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 and Bigg Boss 18. In 2026 she returned to the big screen in the comedy One Two Cha Cha Chaa opposite Ashutosh Rana and appeared in Neeraj Pandey’s Netflix series Khakee: The Bengal Chapter. Upcoming projects include the film Ilzam, in which she plays a lawyer.
