Nuveksha is originally from Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before entering films, she started her career as a model. Slowly, she moved into the Telugu film industry.

She made an impression with films like Ippudu Kaaka Inkeppudu released in 2021. In 2022, she appeared in several notable projects such as HIT: The First Case, Sebastian PC 524, and Atithi Devo Bhava. These films helped her gain recognition as a promising actress. In 2024, Nuveksha was seen in Roti Kapda Romance where she acted alongside Harsha Narra.
