Nushrratt Bharuccha She was born on 17 May 1985 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She studied at Jai Hind College and later started her career in the entertainment industry. Before entering films, she appeared in a television show called Kittie Party in 2002. After that, she slowly moved towards films and made her debut with Jai Santoshi Maa in 2006.

Her journey was not very easy in the beginning. She worked in different projects, including music videos and small roles.
