She made her film debut in the Telugu horror-comedy Chikati Gadilo Chithakotudu (2019), playing Pooja. The same year, she entered Tamil cinema with the commercially successful Kanchana 3 as Divya and appeared in another Telugu project, Thipparaa Meesam.

She later delivered a special appearance in the Hindi film Jogira Sara Ra Ra (2023) and stepped into Punjabi cinema with Badnaam in 2025.

Nikki became a household name through reality television. She finished as second runner-up on Bigg Boss 14, competed in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, placed second on Bigg Boss Marathi Season 5, and was first runner-up on Celebrity MasterChef India. In 2026, she participated in The 50.
