The Bigg Boss 14 fame actress made her film debut in 2019 with the Telugu horror comedy Chikati Gadilo Chithakotudu. She followed it up with a notable role as Divya in the Tamil blockbuster Kanchana 3 (which grossed over ₹130 crore) and Thipparaa Meesam. She later appeared in a special song in Hindi film Jogira Sara Ra Ra (2023) and made her Punjabi debut with an item number in Badnaam (2025).

Currently, Nikki is expanding her horizons with reality show The 50 alongside Arbaz Patel and gearing up for fresh projects in 2026 that promise to boost her pan-Indian appeal.
