Niharika Konidela, from the iconic Konidela family (niece of Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, sister of Varun Tej), started as a TV host on Dhee. She made her acting debut with the Telugu romantic drama Oka Manasu (2016) opposite Naga Shourya. She has appeared in films like Happy Wedding (2018), Suryakantham (2019), Tamil debut Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren (2018), and Madraskaaran (2025).

She has successfully transitioned into production under Pink Elephant Pictures, delivering the acclaimed hit Committee Kurrollu (2024). Her latest production, the fantasy-comedy Raakaasaa (also spelled Rakasa), starring Sangeeth Shobhan and Nayan Sarika, released on April 3, 2026. Upcoming projects include her acting role in What The Fish (April 2026) and producing the big-budget sports drama Bhari with brother Varun Tej.

With her growing influence as an actress-producer, Niharika continues to shine brightly in Telugu cinema.
