Born on August 17, 1993, in Hyderabad and raised in Bengaluru, Nidhhi began her journey as a model and Miss Diva Universe 2014 participant. She made her acting debut in Bollywood with Munna Michael (2017) opposite Tiger Shroff, earning the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut.

She expanded into South Indian cinema with her Telugu debut in Savyasachi (2018) and Tamil debut in Eeswaran (2021). Her notable performances include iSmart Shankar (2019), Hero (2022), and Kalaga Thalaivan (2022).Currently riding high, Nidhhi is all set for major releases including Hari Hara Veera Mallu (2025) alongside Pawan Kalyan and the much-awaited Prabhas starrer The Raja Saab (releasing January 2026).
