Born Neha Sharma on 17 September 1990 in Delhi, Nia made her television debut in 2010 as Anu in Kaali – Ek Agnipariksha. She rose to fame as Manvi in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai (2011–2013), becoming the first Indian TV actress to go bald on screen for a cancer storyline. Hit roles followed in Jamai Raja, Ishq Mein Marjawan, and Naagin 4. She also shone in web series like Twisted and won Khatron Ke Khiladi: Made in India.

Recent projects include the lead in Suhagan Chudail (2024), Laughter Chefs – Unlimited Entertainment, and her current role as Mischief Maker on MTV Splitsvilla 16.
