NEXA SIIMA Awards 2025 Curtain Raiser

The NEXA SIIMA Awards, also known as the South Indian International Movie Awards, is a prestigious event that honors the best in South Indian cinema. This year, the 2025 edition of SIIMA will take place in Dubai on September 5th and 6th at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City. The awards celebrate outstanding achievements across multiple South Indian film industries, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada cinema.

In addition to recognizing film performances, SIIMA 2025 also highlights the growing impact of digital content through the Streaming Academy Awards. These awards focus on excellence in digital media, acknowledging exceptional work across various Indian languages and streaming platforms.

The event is set to attract big stars, with prominent Telugu celebrities making appearances at the curtain raiser recently. The star-studded promotional event featured the talented Devi Sri Prasad, who looked stunning in black and Sandeep Kishan who sported a crisp white suit. Lakshmi Manchu brought a floral touch to the event, while Faria and Vedhika both made striking appearances in black. Navdeep also attended dressed in black and the popular actor Allu Aravind was part of the proceedings as well.
