Nargis Fakhri’s Classic Headshot Reminds Fans of Vintage Glamour

Nargis Fakhri shared a new picture on Instagram. She posted a striking black-and-white headshot. The look reminded her of fashion shoots from the past. In her caption, she wrote, “Just a headshot… but it screams runway rewind. It’s giving that late 80s early 90s Vibe. I loved this song & Taylor Dane! #oldiebutgoodie @tejasnerurkarr”.

Her caption shows how much she enjoys retro styles. She connects the mood of her picture to the charm of the late 80s and early 90s. She also expressed love for Taylor Dane’s classic track “Tell It to My Heart”. She also tagged @tejasnerurkarr, giving credit for the photography.

Nargis Fakhri gained fame with her debut film Rockstar alongside Ranbir Kapoor. She recently returned to movies with Housefull 5. In a conversation with Soha Ali Khan for Hauterrfly, she spoke about her health and fitness. Nargis said, “Everybody wants a quick fix, but there’s no quick fix. It’s always a combination of things, and the combination for me seems to be great sleep. I sleep like eight hours a night. I also try to hydrate. Then, also, my food choices. Like, I want foods that are nutritious and have vitamins and minerals in them.”

She also revealed a strict method that helps her stay in shape. Nargis said, “I do fasting twice a year, no food at all, just water for nine days. It’s very difficult. But once I’m done, I’m telling you, you look snatched. I mean, the jawline is out, the face is glowing. But I wouldn’t recommend it.”

Most recently, she appeared in Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 – Sword vs Spirit. The film stars Pawan Kalyan, Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal, Nora Fatehi, and Sathyaraj. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and A. M. Jyothi Krishna, it was released in theatres on July 24.
