The Kolkata-born actress made her film debut in 2016 with Ram Gopal Varma’s Telugu biographical thriller Vangaveeti, portraying Ratna Kumari. She continued collaborating with the director in the short film Meri Beti Sunny Leone Banna Chaahti Hai (2017), D Company (2021), and Dangerous (2022).

Naina expanded into digital content with the popular Bengali web series Charitraheen (2018–2020) and the Telugu series Parampara (2021).
