Fashion may dazzle under the spotlight, but behind every glamorous look lies a story of planning, balance, and personal choice. Actress Mrunal Thakur, known for her performances in Sita Ramam and Hi Nanna, recently opened up about how she maintains her impeccable style without giving in to extravagant spending.

Hailing from Dhule, Maharashtra, Mrunal began her journey with television serials and Marathi films before making her mark in Hindi cinema. Her breakthrough role opposite Dulquer Salmaan in Sita Ramam won hearts across India, followed by the success of Hi Nanna. She is now gearing up for her next big project—a Pan-India film directed by Atlee, starring Allu Arjun in the lead.

Despite her growing fame and success, Mrunal remains refreshingly grounded. In a statement that went viral, she revealed, “I don’t like buying expensive clothes. Even if I spend a lot, they just sit in the wardrobe. Most of my personal purchases don’t exceed ₹2,000.”

While she dons designer outfits worth lakhs for shoots and events, most are rented rather than purchased. Her candidness about mindful spending offers a refreshing take on celebrity fashion—reminding fans that elegance isn’t about excess, but about confidence, simplicity, and authenticity.
