Born on 1 August 1992 in Dhule, Maharashtra, Mrunal began her career on television before making her film debut in the powerful drama Love Sonia (2018). She gained recognition with Super 30 and Batla House (2019). Her Telugu breakthrough came with the romantic hit Sita Ramam (2022), followed by Hi Nanna (2023).

Recent films include Son of Sardaar 2 (2025) and Do Deewane Seher Mein (2026). She is currently promoting the David Dhawan-directed romantic comedy Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai (2026) opposite Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hegde.
