Mouni Roy's Serene Sunday Vibe Is Pure Beauty and Elegance

Born in Cooch Behar, West Bengal, Mouni began her career on television with Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and rose to superstardom as the shape-shifting naagin in the hit series Naagin.

She made her Bollywood debut with Gold (2018) opposite Akshay Kumar, earning a Filmfare nomination for Best Female Debut. She followed it with Romeo Akbar Walter (2019), Made in China, and a memorable supporting turn as Junoon in Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva (2022), which won her the IIFA Award for Best Supporting Actress.

In recent years she has balanced films and OTT, starring in Blackout (2024), the horror-comedy The Bhootnii (2025) as Mohabbat, and the spy thriller series Salakaar (2025).

Upcoming projects include David Dhawan’s comedy Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai (2026), Madhur Bhandarkar’s The Wives, a special appearance in the Telugu film Vishwambhara with Chiranjeevi, and voicing Sita in the animated Mahayoddha Rama. Mouni continues to shine across television, films, and digital platforms with her versatile performances.
