Born Sayana Santhosh in Idukki, Kerala, Mirnaa began her career under the name Adhiti Menon. She made her film debut in the Tamil movie Pattathaari (2016). Her Malayalam debut came with Big Brother (2020) opposite Mohanlal, followed by her Telugu entry in Crazy Fellow (2022).

She gained wider recognition in 2023 with roles in Ugram, the critically noted Burqa (as Najma), and especially Jailer, where she played Swetha Pandian, Rajinikanth’s daughter-in-law. Subsequent films include Naa Saami Ranga (2024) and Birthmark (2024). She is currently reprising her role in Jailer 2 and has projects like Don Bosko in the pipeline. From regional debuts to big-screen success, Mirnaa continues to shine across languages with natural charm and versatility.
