Mehreen entered the film industry in 2016 with the movie Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha. Nani played the lead role in this film. Her very first film became a huge hit. She gained recognition for both her looks and her acting skills. Many people in the Telugu film industry felt that she could be the next big star after Kajal Aggarwal.

She then got many film offers. She acted with popular actors like Nani, Sharwanand, Varun Tej, Ravi Teja, Venkatesh, Sai Dharam Tej, Vijay Deverakonda, Sundeep Kishan, and Naga Shaurya. At the peak of her career, she made a surprising decision. Mehreen got engaged to a well-known politician from Haryana with her family’s approval. The wedding date was fixed. But the engagement ended suddenly, and the marriage was canceled. This also reduced her film opportunities. She last acted in F3 in 2022. In 2023, she appeared in a small film called Spark and a web series named Sultan of Delhi. Currently, she has only one Kannada film in hand.
