Born on November 5, 1995, in Bathinda, Punjab, Mehreen made her acting debut in 2016 with the Telugu film Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha opposite Nani. She gained popularity with films like Mahanubhavudu, Raja the Great, and the blockbuster comedies F2: Fun and Frustration (2019) and F3: Fun and Frustration (2022). She made her Hindi debut with Phillauri (2017) and Tamil debut with Nenjil Thunivirundhal (2017). Other notable films include Pattas, Aswathama, Manchi Rojulochaie, and Sultan of Delhi (2023).

In 2025, she was seen in the Tamil film Indra. She is now set to make her Kannada debut with Nee Sigoovaregu (slated for December 2026).
