After a small role in Upstarts (2019), Meenakshi Chaudhary appeared in the series Out of Love, an adaptation of Doctor Foster. She played a 22-year-old woman facing struggles and consequences of a difficult relationship. In 2020, she acted opposite Sushanth in Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu. She had also attended workshops and later joined Ramesh Varma Penmetsa’s Khiladi.
She was part of the Telugu mystery-thriller HIT: The Second Case. In 2023, she entered Tamil cinema with Kolai, a psychological thriller. In 2024, she played lead roles in several films including Guntur Kaaram, Singapore Saloon, The Greatest of All Time, Lucky Baskhar, Matka and Mechanic Rocky. Looking ahead, she will star in Anaganaga Oka Raju alongside Naveen Polishetty in 2026.
