Born on 5 March 1997 in Panchkula, Haryana, Meenakshi is a former beauty queen (Femina Miss India 2018 1st runner-up) and trained dentist who transitioned into acting. She began with a small role in the Hindi film Upstarts (2019) and the web series Out of Love. Her lead debut came with the Telugu romantic comedy Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu (2021).

She rose to prominence with HIT: The Second Case (2022) and delivered strong performances in pan-Indian hits like Guntur Kaaram, The Greatest of All Time (with Vijay), Lucky Baskhar (with Dulquer Salmaan), Matka, and Sankranthiki Vasthunam (2025).

Currently, she has exciting projects lined up: the comedy Anaganaga Oka Raju (2026) opposite Naveen Polishetty, and the action-drama Vrushakarma (as Daksha) opposite Naga Chaitanya, slated for April 2026 release. She is also reportedly set for her big Bollywood debut.
