Born March 5, 1997, in Panchkula, Haryana, from a military family, Meenakshi rose to fame as 1st runner-up at Femina Miss India 2018 and Miss Grand International 2018. She began with the Hindi web series Out of Love (2019) and made her film debut in the Hindi movie Upstarts (2019), followed by her Telugu lead debut in Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu (2021).

Her movie career soared with hits like Khiladi, HIT: The Second Case (2022), The Greatest of All Time (2024, opposite Vijay), Lucky Baskhar (2024, opposite Dulquer Salmaan), Guntur Kaaram, and Sankranthiki Vasthunam (2025, opposite Venkatesh). Recent successes include Anaganaga Oka Raju (2026, opposite Naveen Polishetty, Sankranthi release).
