Born on August 1, 1997, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Medha is a trained Hindustani classical singer and actress. She made her acting debut in the British miniseries Beecham House (2019). She appeared in Shaadisthan (2021) and Dil Bekaraar before delivering a breakthrough performance as Shraddha Joshi in the critically acclaimed biographical drama 12th Fail (2023) opposite Vikrant Massey, winning the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut.

Medha recently starred in the action-thriller Maalik (2025) and is riding high on the success of her romantic comedy Ginny Wedss Sunny 2 (2026) opposite Avinash Tiwary. She also has exciting upcoming projects in the pipeline, including an untitled film and a detective comedy.
