She made her acting debut in the British miniseries Beecham House (2019) as Roshanara. Her Hindi film debut followed with the teen musical Shaadisthan (2021) as Arshi Modi, and she appeared in the series Dil Bekaraar the same year.

Her breakthrough came with Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s biographical drama 12th Fail (2023), where she played Shraddha Joshi opposite Vikrant Massey. The role earned her the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut and widespread acclaim. She also contributed as a playback singer for a song in the film.

As of 2026, Medha stars in Ginny Weds Sunny 2 as Geetanjali “Ginny” Goenka and has Max, Min and Meowzaki among her projects, along with an untitled detective comedy. She continues to build a promising career with versatile roles.
