Medha Shankr Brings Festive Sparkle in Black Saree

Actor Medha Shankr shared a beautiful new photo on Instagram with the caption, “Only Love and Laddoos this Diwali ❤️🎉 Diwali ready for @esquireindia x @michaelkors ✨.” In the picture, Medha looks elegant in a dazzling black saree with a net blouse and sparkling embellishments.

Recently, Medha wrapped up shooting for Ginny Wedss Sunny 2, where she stars opposite Avinash Tiwary. The film is expected to offer a refreshing mix of romance and humor. She has also appeared in Ferrero India’s Raffaello campaign, where she portrayed a story of modern-day romance. The ad captures moments of subtle emotion and small gestures of love a theme that matches her natural screen presence. Medha also reunited with Vikrant Massey for a reread of a deleted scene from their hit film 12th Fail which left fans emotional and nostalgic.

On the personal front, Medha Shankr completed her post-graduation in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi. Before entering Bollywood, she appeared in the British miniseries Beecham House in 2019. Later, she acted in Shaadisthan (2021) and Dil Bekaraar, gradually making her mark in the industry. Her breakout role came in 12th Fail (2023), where she played Shraddha Joshi, a character that earned her wide appreciation for her simplicity and strong emotional depth.

Medha is now working on a new project titled Maalik.
