Medha Shankar shines in a glamorous red ensemble. In the photo, the actress poses against a warm mustard backdrop, wearing a heavily sequined red blouse with a sweetheart neckline and a matching embroidered lehenga. A sheer red dupatta drapes over her shoulder, complemented by a delicate pearl choker necklace and soft wavy hair cascading to one side. Her poised expression and subtle smile highlight her elegant screen presence.

Born on 1 August 1997/1998, Medha is a trained Hindustani classical singer who holds a master’s degree in Fashion Management from NIFT Delhi. She began as a model before moving to Mumbai to pursue acting.

Her acting debut came in the British period miniseries Beecham House (2019), where she played Roshanara. She made her Hindi film debut in the musical drama Shaadisthan (2021) as Arshi and appeared in the series Dil Bekaraar (2021) as Eshwari Thakur. She also starred in Max, Min and Meowzaki.

Medha achieved her breakthrough with Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s biographical drama 12th Fail (2023), portraying Shraddha Joshi opposite Vikrant Massey. The critically acclaimed performance earned her the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut, and she also contributed as a playback singer.

Ongoing and upcoming projects include the romantic comedy Ginny Weds Sunny 2 (2026) opposite Avinash Tiwary, Maalik (2025), and an untitled detective comedy. With her blend of emotional depth and rising stardom, Medha continues to establish herself as a promising talent in Hindi cinema.
