In the photo, she is seen sitting gracefully on wooden stairs, dressed in a traditional red and yellow saree. Her caption reads, “Marathi Mulgi😊”, which means Marathi girl. She completed her look with traditional jewellery including a nose ring and bangles by highlighting her Maharashtrian roots.
Manjari Fadnis, also known as Manjari Phadnis, is a well-known Indian actress, model, and singer. She was born on 10 July 1988 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She started her career in 2004 with the film Rok Sako To Rok Lo, but it was the 2008 hit film Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na that made her a household name. In the movie, she played the role of the lead character’s girlfriend, and her performance received a lot of love from the audience.
Apart from Hindi films, Manjari has worked in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, and Malayalam films. Some of her notable works include Faltu (2006), Grand Masti (2013), Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon (2015) with Kapil Sharma, and Barot House (2019) on ZEE5. She has also acted in short films like Khamakha (2016), which won a Filmfare Award.
Besides acting, Manjari is also trained in dance and singing. She has lent her voice to songs in films like Muthirai (2009) and also recorded singles. She has appeared in TV commercials with big names, including Shah Rukh Khan.
