Born in Mumbai, Manjari Fadnis began her journey as a contestant on Popstars Season 2 before making her film debut in the 2004 Hindi movie Rok Sako To Rok Lo. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Meghna in the 2008 hit Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na, earning the Stardust Award for Breakthrough Performance.

She has worked across multiple languages, appearing in the National Award-winning Bengali film Faltu (2006), Telugu and Tamil projects, and Hindi films like Grand Masti (2013), Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon (2015), Wah Taj, and Barot House (2019). Recent works include Chalti Rahe Zindagi (2024) and Pune Highway. She continues to take on diverse roles in films and digital platforms, including projects like Zindagi Namkeen.
