Born on 22 June 2001 in Kidangoor, Kottayam, Kerala, Mamitha began as a child artist in Paavada (2016) and made her official debut with Sarvopari Palakkaran (2017). She gained critical notice with Kho Kho (2021) and Super Sharanya (2022). Her breakthrough came with the lead role of Reenu in the 2024 romantic comedy Premalu, which became one of the highest-grossing Malayalam films of all time.

She made her Tamil debut with Rebel (2024) and followed it with the successful Dude (2025) opposite Pradeep Ranganathan. Ongoing and upcoming projects include Kara (with Dhanush), Jana Nayagan (with Vijay), Vishwanath & Sons (with Suriya), Bethlehem Kudumba Unit (with Nivin Pauly), and Premalu 2. With multiple 100-crore films, Mamitha continues her rapid rise as a leading young star in South Indian cinema.
