Malvi began her acting journey in 2017 with the Hindi television serial Udann, where she played the role of Pooja. This marked her first appearance as an adult actor on screen. In 2018, she entered Hindi cinema with the film Hotel Milan, where she played the role of Sapna.

Over the years, she has worked in short films, OTT projects, and feature films. Some of her notable works include Tamas, Zorawar Di Jacqueline, Abhyuham in Malayalam, Tiragabadara Saami in Telugu, and the Tamil film Jenma Natchathiram. She has also appeared in several Punjabi and Hindi music videos.
