Lakshmi Manchu At Waves And Good Vibes

Lakshmi Manchu recently shared a beautiful moment from her holiday. In the photo, she is seen standing happily near the sea with boats in the background, wide blue water and palm leaves giving a calm summer feeling. She is seen wearing a white dress, hat and sunglasses. Along with the picture, she wrote a cheerful caption saying, “Catch me where the waves and the good vibes meet.”

While the picture shows her enjoying life, Lakshmi Manchu has also been very open about the struggles she faces behind the scenes. In a recent conversation, she spoke honestly about the emotional pressure of growing up as the daughter of popular actor Mohan Babu. She explained that carrying such a big family name often made people judge her more strictly. Even after building her own career as an actor, producer, and performer, she feels that the weight of her family legacy still follows her.

During the interview, she praised Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar for raising their daughter Sitara with confidence and freedom. In a playful yet meaningful comment, Lakshmi said she would “beat Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar” if they did not fully support their daughter’s journey, highlighting her support for strong and independent young women.

She also spoke about a painful memory from her teenage years. At just fifteen years old, she faced harassment while travelling on public transport. She shared how confused and ashamed she felt at that time, thinking she was alone in such experiences. Later, she realised that many girls go through similar situations, which made her more aware of the reality women face every day. She was recently seen in the project Adiparvam released in 2024 and also appeared in the web series Yakshini.
