The same year brought her first lead role as Ayesha in the romantic drama Neethone Nenu.

She followed it with the female lead in the 2024 comedy Babu (No.1 Bullshit Guy) opposite Arjun Kalyan. In 2025 she starred in Chiranjeeva (released on Aha) and made her Tamil debut in the action thriller Indian Penal Law. She has also appeared in the web series 3 Roses.

Currently, Kushitha is gearing up for the 2026 film Ram and Leela, continuing her steady rise across Telugu and Tamil cinema. With her growing filmography and strong screen presence, she remains one of South India’s promising young talents.
